Making such a big purchase on something that will be my forever ring and one I planned to pass down to my kids I needed it to be PERFECT. Working with Daisy (who was wonderful) I found my beautiful vintage inspired band and I fell in love with the pear shaped diamond. While the band was originally made for a circle cut they assured me they can make ANYTHING happen. We also decided to have a custom wedding band made since the ring was so unique. I got my first design concept within the week and to be honest, I didn’t love the design. Once again Daisy assured me they will do whatever I want and will keep trying till I get a design I loved. I sent some inspiration photos of wedding band designs I liked and asked for more details from the engagement band be added to the wedding band. After a few more concepts and a few more tweaks I finally have my dream ring and I could not be happier! Thank you Arctic Gems and an even bigger thank you to Daisy for all your patience and making sure I got my dream ring 😍

Petras and his wife were absolutely amazing they were both so welcoming and respectful. Treated me like family and by the grace of God blessed me for me and wife’s rings which is so important as our symbol for marriage. Genuinely the best service I’ve ever dealt with.

This jewelry store is truly something special. Peter and his family are a true blessing that I can’t describe. You would have to go in to see what I mean. They actually care about what they are selling to you. The most generous and genuine business owners you will meet. I am not going anywhere else for jewelry.

I went in with a vague idea of what I wanted, Peter and his wife both helped me pick out some rings but I initially wasnt confident so I returned with my lady. Peter then took the time to design a ring that we knew my Lady would love after listening to her needs desires wants dislikes. They worked around my cluttered time frame ensuring quality of the diamond chosen and was even early! They were both kind, genuinely care for their clients requests to the best of their abilities and beyond. In the end the ring turned out beautifully absolutely exceeding expectations! You can tell immediately this is their life and brings them joy to get the perfect fit for your jewelry or in my case an engagement ring. I will be going back when it's time to get our wedding bands. And she said "yes" so it it all worked out!

Looks amazing we had special order and everything came exactly like i wanted. We needed to wait a little bit longer but 4/5 weeks is usually standard time for all jewelry orders. Prices are insane good for this quality. Diamond is also certified. I wish I can come back soon and get more

Wonderful experience! Retailer Peter sat down one on one got exactly what was wanted on the ring. Listened to every detail and got me the best deal! And in such a timely manner I was able to get the ring!! And it’s exactly what we talked about I’m so in love and so excited to put that ring on my fiancés finger. I had a wonderful experience choosing a setting and diamond with Karla! She gave great advice as I picked exactly what I wanted and then took my information so my fiancé could purchase without me knowing too many details. I’ve been back to get it cleaned since then and even ended up getting my fiancé a ring for him to wear during our engagement. Great service each time I’ve stopped in!
